Recognizing that some employers and employees may still have questions even after reviewing the Governor’s executive order and CISA’s guidance, the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development has established a webpage devoted to the issue:  Business Exemptions

You can also email questions to: CriticalSectors@state.mn.us.

If your business doesn’t fall within one of the categories stated by the Exec Order, CISA guidelines, or NAICS codes, you can apply for a special exemption using this form.
